What is the recommended dosing for ALEVE^®?

ALEVE^® should only be used for a short term treatment period

• up to 3 days for fever
• up to 5 days for pain

Consult a doctor if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain lasts longer than 5 days or if your symptoms change.

ADULT (12-65 years) DOSE

• 1 caplet every 8-12 hours
• No more than 2 caplets in a 24 hour period

ADULT (over 65 years) DOSE

• 1 caplet every 12 hours
• No more than 2 caplets in a 24 hour period

Drink a full glass of water with each dose.
