Does ALEVE^® have any side effects?

Like all medications, ALEVE^® may occasionally produce unwanted side effects. Stop use and contact a doctor or pharmacist if you experience heartburn, nausea, vomiting, ringing or buzzing in the ears, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, black stools, severe abdominal pain, or any change in vision or fluid retention.

You should stop use and contact emergency medical attention immediately if you experience difficulty breathing, facial swelling, hives, rash or itching.

You should not drive or operate machinery if you become drowsy, dizzy or lightheaded.
