Can ALEVE® interact with other medications I am taking?
Before you use ALEVE® talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any of the following drugs: anticoagulants (to decrease blood clotting), antihypertensive drugs for your heart (including ACE inhibitors and beta-blockers), diuretics ("water pills"), cyclosporine, glucocorticoids, lithium, methotexate, low dose ASA for doctor supervised preventative therapy (eg. ASPIRIN® 81 mg), or other pain medications (eg. ibuprofen, acetaminophen). Taking ALEVE® with a meal may slightly delay its absorption.
